Run don't walk. Unprofessional. My face shrunk in the side she did the root canal on and was throbbing immediately after. She prescribed steroids but my face has been shrunken since the root canal was done. It looks like the gutcha percha is inside my sinus and bone but doctors wont remove this protecting her and gaslighting me Asif nothings there. Karma

She caused me to have nerve damage. My cheek looks flat and eye looks shrunken. The root canal overfilled to my sinus. I clearly see percha on the wall of my sinus in ct and mri. Dentist and doctors will give you the runaround to protect her incompetence. When I called her office and informed them my face was throbbing after the procedure they laughed and sent me a prescription for steroids to the pharmacy. She's a coward and I would not advise treatment with her. Seems like someone damaged her facial nerve so she damaged mine in return.

This was the third root canal Dr Yusuf performed, all three were painfree. She knows what she's doing. The price is not cheap....as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend her. I would add a root canal is not something you want a low cost option on.

I saw Dr Yusuf today for a consultation on two teeth. One needed an extraction and the other a root canal. When she came into the room, she never sat down and she took a sharp pointed instrument and started jabbing around the teeth. Not a light poking, which I would have been ok with. At this point I made up my mind that she would probably not be very gentle or caring. The assistant came in for me to sign the estimate paperwork (which was great $683) but I told her I wasn’t signing anything. I got out of there ASAP. I will search for another Endo to do my root canal.

Dr, Yusuf adds extra charges that are supposed to be included in the service of Giving a Root Canal. She insists on injecting an antibiotic in the tooth while performing a Root Canal that she elects to tack on an extra charge. Additionally, she does not honor the patients co-pay, nor does she inform the patient of the significant increase to the cost of performing a Root Canal prior to the patient meeting the assigned appointment. As a result, she refused to see me prior to receiving approximately $160.00 more than the quote that was given to me three weeks prior to the appointment. As a result, I was not seen for a Root Canal service that I have been trying to get scheduled for over 6 months. She would not try to assist me to receive the service, as she would not allow me to pay installment payments, even though she failed to notify me that she did not accept the co-pay of $40.00 from my insurance provider. She is apparently in the field for money. Further, please know that I am… aware that any professional should receive compensation for their services, but she tends to go overboard as if she is striving to be a millionaire within the next five years. Lastly, she performed a Root Canal Treatment on me previously, and it was one of the worst Root Canal Treatments that I have experienced in life. She injects the numbing agent to rapidly, as a result, she inflicts pain on the patient. Overall, she is a poor dentist and needs to back to school to study proper injections techniques. I also would like to note that I doubt very seriously that she is adequately prepared all of the services that she claims on her website. Please remember the old saying, "A Jack of all Trades and a Master of None. Stay away from her, if at all possible.
