This was my first visit to the clinic. When my last PCP retired, my sister recommended Dr. Philip. I was very impressed with the courteous reception staff. Upon checking in, I learned that my appointment had been coded as an acute visit even though I was there for a physical. I was informed that a physical is a longer appointment so a call had to be made, but the issue was quickly resolved. I was seen at my appointment time and was not made to feel rushed at all. The nurse and Dr. Philip were both prompt, personable and thorough. I went straight to the lab for bloodwork where I was also seen promptly. I was back in my car 30 minutes after my appointment time. I greatly value my time and not having excessive wait times for appointments, so this was highly appreciated.

Dr. Sheetal Philip is a kind caring professional doctor who listens to me as a patient and thoroughly examines me and addresses my health concerns. She Is respectful and understanding. I am glad she is my primary care doctor, and I feel I can entrust my medical needs to Dr. Philip.
