Worst doc

This doctor had the worst customer service in the world. She takes in too many patients and her staff is rude and professional. They can't schedule properly and even if they can, it seems like she scheduled patients unnecessarily. Especially to share blood results that are normal. What doctor unnecessarily schedules an appointment with their patients to tell them their routine reports are normal? Only doctors who are interested in grabbing insurance money. And what happens to patients that are actually in pain or sick? They're told to wait the following week for an appointment. Their staff is never available to answer questions. Their turn around time for prescriptions and referrals take 5 business days. How? There are 4 columns to fill out. What are they doing? Filling 1 column a day?! STAY AWAY. It's not worth it. Find someone else.

Dr. Patel patiently listens to the issue I have explained and then asked more questions and explained the possible cause of the health issue. She does complete checkup in detail and then provides recommendations and options to care. The office staff is very good and polite. No issue with the appointment and waiting (at least for me in the morning)

My parents recently visited Dr. Patel for regular check up. During their visit Dr Patel took out her time and explained them about the results. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend her . Prakash Ray

Office is clean, beautiful and runs on time.Staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. The Dr herself is amazing!! Friendly, good listener, very smart and knowledgeable. Could not have asked foe a better appointment experience.

I recently received concerning Mammo results and saw Dr Patel for a follow-up appointment. Dr Patel took the time to bring me into her office to explain all the details of what was found.. she even took the time to print out information for me to take home. She is warm and caring and always takes the time to provide a thorough exam. Her office staff is so friendly and make every effort to fit you in for an appointment if you are concerned or uncomfortable..The office is impeccably clean and gives you a feeling of welcome. Dr Patel is the BEST doctor ive ever been to, and she takes great effort in treating the "whole picture". i have tremendous trust and confidence in her! FYI, her laugh and friendly demeanor keeps me coming back as well as her physician skills!
