We were referred to Dr. Shastri at RMA Springfield and felt at ease from our very first appointment and every visit. She’s thorough and incredibly knowledgeable and breaks things down so that we understood what was going on and felt comfortable with the plan of care. She is supportive and warm and has this energy about her. We never felt rushed despite our fears in our journey. We are grateful to have been connected with Dr. Shastri.

I love Dr. Shastri and her team (Jennie, Raquel, Jasmine, Jen, Lynette). The whole Springfield office are kind and professional. Dr. Shastri is quick and to the point but leads with empathy when helping you to navigate the world of fertility. You could really tell that your wins were also her wins. Shout out to Jen the phlebotomist. She really is a shining light to start your morning.

I was referred to RMA by my gyno’s office. I believe everything in life happens for a reason. I was blessed to have Dr. Shastri, there is no question she knows exactly what she is doing. But what I loved most about her was how kind and sweet she was to me and my husband. She is a great listener and a quick thinker. She is very intelligent! Her whole team was wonderful especially my nurse Jessica! Love! love ! love! Dr. Shastri is truly heaven sent I can’t really thank her and her whole team enough<3 Do not hesitate, she was truly the right pick for me !

I highly recommend Dr. Shastri! She has wonderful bedside manner which is so helpful during the IVF process as it can be overwhelming at times. She really is so skilled in her field and is also so personable. RMA is a big clinical, but Dr. Shastri takes the time to get to know you and your case on a personal level. I went through two rounds of IVF with her, and the whole process was smooth!

Dr Shastri has wonderful bedside manner. She does not treat her patients like a number at a factory. She took a lot of time reviewing my case and speaking to me each step of my fertility journey. I'm very grateful for all the support and help to get pregnant. I highly recommend Dr Shastri and her team as well as the Springfield office. I could not have gotten where I am today without them! I can confidently say that everyone going through their fertility journey wants Dr. Shastri as their doctor. Not only is she highly skilled clinically, but she is also an amazing person and such a light in a journey that can feel dark at times. We loved Dr. Shastri so much that we commuted 3 hours from Maryland for 6 IUIs and IVF. It was well worth it and we would do it again to work with Dr. Shastri! I could go on forever about how great this doctor is so I will just say that if you are lucky enough to cross paths with her, I highly recommend working with her.

We were refereed here by a friend of mine after her successful pregnancy who was referred by her friend after her successful pregnancy. I dont think I need to explain my experience much after the above. The staff, clinics, and doctors are all wonderful professionals and do everything you require to ease you through every step of the process. Dr. Shastri made our 6 month long journey from our first appointment to our discharge appointment nothing short of a blessing at RMA! I cannot recommend her enough if you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable and caring physician to aid you through your journey!
