Dr. Shehab Azmy Ebrahim, MD

This doctor is exceptional. Before my visit, I was nervous and apprehensive. The office team was patient and willing to listen to all of my problems. Dr Ebrahim listened to me; not all doctors listen! I am not a trained medical professional. I need a doctor who listens, then acts in my best interest. Dr Ebrahim serves as a role model for listening to patients, and the staff follows his lead. Without sharing my private medical issues here, I can say that my diagnosis was accurate, and it saved me time, money, and stress.

Unfortunately for Dr. Ebrahim , his staff was third rate to say the least. Even the receptionist was arrogant short with concerned patients and down right not friendly. The appointment phone calls were cold. For the rest I consider them to all to be waiting to hit the time clock. I can say this for I have seen more then my share of retinal clinics all around the States and unfortunatually International.. Having said they their staffs were better out of the states.As for the actual professionism from the Dr., I will reserve because I immediately went to an other specialist where it was night an day in every way. Eyes are very, very fragile and for a staff including the Dr.there is no place to be patronized, then giving a list of vitamins for severe trauma to the retinas in both eyes. I do not recommend!
