During my visit with Shilia, she asked me why I was there. I told her how I got injuries. I went to my doctor and she told me to file compensation and schedule appointment with you. She replied in a very shocking and nasty tone, " oh, she did, did she. Well, you are the only one who can file a calm". The during the exam she had me move my arm as far as I could before it became uncomfortable, she grabbed my elbow and forced it up and out my pain threshold causing in to cringe and tear up. That woman has the nerve to said to me, yelling no less, " why are you cringing"! There is not enough room on here to write all of it. I will never go to her again. She should have her licence s revoked!! No morals.
