Dr. Sheila Mae Guelda, MD

Norton, across the board, is incredibly difficult to work with regarding special needs children. Dr. Guelda and her staff are no different. They are rude, inconsiderate, and basically interested in making money. Is Norton really a non-profit corporation?

Poorly managed- dishelved office. Doctor has no bedside manner- grouchy and nasty. Complete waste of time and money.

Poorly staffed office- mismanaged front desk- completely disorganized. They set up an in-network procedure-which cost $1K out of pocket. The procedure was completely free on my plan- had it been set up elsewhere - they didn't bother checking - and they do this daily. They could have cared less when I told them. & Sadly- absolutely NO follow up what-so-ever from the doctor, which shows how little she cares for patients.

This woman has the bedside manners of a moldy wet towel. She is rude, ignorant, and inconsiderate of any concerns a young parent would have. I'd rather spend my mornings at the dmv, more pleasant staff and you will certainly be out of there faster than any appointment I've had in her office. She should take that wrinkly old scowl and attitude of hers and get out of the medical practice. She should not be working with children, or decent human beings. I recommend used car salesman. If she's going to be sucking people of their money, lieing to Them and treating them like crap, don't bring their children into it.

I don't know where to begin Dr Guelda is the rudest most uncaring person there is all she cares about is money you ask her a simple question about your daughters health and she is very rude doesn't know how to give you a straight answer she is always rushing through my kids appt I feel like she doesn't care anymore I switched doctors I wouldn't recommend Dr Guelda to anyone all she cares about is money, herself ( not others).

My son had 40% and 60% hearing loss due to chronic ear infections that my previous Pediatrician would only treat with antibiotics. With in two weeks of his first initial visit with Dr. Guelda and her team my son had surgery, a sleep study, and his andoids and tonsils removed. He has been breathing better, sleeping well and can no speak full sentences when prior to this miracle team including Dr. Shotts at Advanced EMT my son could not say more than a few words at a time. I absolutely recommend this pediatrician to any one. If my son is sick I get an appointment that morning even if I leave a message on the Voice mail that night! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

Doctor Guelda doesn't listen to you. She will force you to stay with a medication that your child isn't reacting well to without seeing your child. If you voice your concern, and disagree, she will then drop your child as a patient. This happened to us, 3 days after Dr. Guelda said she would not change my daughters antibiotic she wound up in the ER, now that the ER docs have corrected the problem, Dr. Guelda has dropped my special needs child as a patient, due to my wife voicing concerns. Be very careful.

We have been blessed with good health and have only seen Dr. Guelda twice in the 3 years that we have lived here. She has been nothing but nice and professional. She is also open to a delayed/selective vaccine schedule and doesn't hassle or judge. Love her!

My daughter was a preemie and I've been taking her to Dr. Guelda since she was about 2 mos old. My daughter has been hospitalized twice since she was born and both times Dr. Guelda was there everyday to check on my daughter with a wonderful bedside manner. My daughter is now 5 yrs old and we couldn't be happier with the care we've received from Dr. Guelda.

My daughter who has been sick for couple of month she has barely seen her everytime we call the office the staff directs us to give my daughter over the counter medicine never treating her with antibiotic and then she wants me do get a lot of test done send some agonizing moments as our precious one is sick it doesnt matter to her because she is getting paid
