Dr. Sheila Smith Phillips, MD

I came to Dr. Phillips when my daughter was 3 months old. I'd been going to a really highly rated doc, but my insurance wasn't covering certain parts of the bills, so I decided to switch. I was upset that I had to change doctors, but now I feel like I hit the jackpot. Not only is Dr. Phillips great and gives you all the time you need to ask questions, the rest of her practice from her nurse to the woman at the front desk to her billing person are all so warm and helpful. You feel like you've joined a family who are interested in taking care of you. I've had great doctors in the past, but it's nice to feel like the whole experience including the billing is handled with such care.

We have had a wonderful time being treated by Dr Phillips, very informative and explains clearly. Plus when we had a late night issue one weekend we were put through to her late night doctor who got her to call us directly. Beyond amazing service and not at all short with us for interrupting her evening.

WE LOVE Dr. Sheila...she's the best pediatrician ever! Highly recommended.

Dr. Phillips and her staff especially her nurse Sharon are so professional. My visits to the office always come when the kids are sick or something, but they always ease the kids and parents. Dr. Phillips knowledge is unbelievable. If she does not know something she will always find out and give a call back. No matter what you always get a phone call from her. She is so concerned about her patients. I can just speak from my personal experience when my kids had issues she was right there helping me, not only as a doctor but as caring and compassionate human being. I totally recommend her as a pediatrican. We travel a long distance to see her, but when you have the best for your kids you travel.
