I’ve always had best care from dr Ray and audiologist Lisa

No ample parking and flooded, front desk updated my chart when I came in was shocked she used white out in my medical chart. I have been doing medical records for almost 30 years. You are to put 1 line through what you are changing so that the change is still readable. Now, I do not know about their record keeping! Will do separate review on care. And what looked like to be manager standing there, I think they all need to take a course.

Found staff to be pleasant and efficient. Our experience with Dr. Ray was that she spent time with my mother, the patient, and in no way rushed her or didn't listen. She also was very considerate, caring & compassionate, and did a thorough examination. She explained things well. Found her to be very knowledgeable. We definitely will use her for our family ENT from now on. Felt very confident in her abilities as a provider.

Dr. Ray performed surgery on me in 2013. She is awesome! Wonderful care before, during and after! I highly recommend her!

While the wait time can be long, she made me feel better about my situation and the care that I received was excellent.
