I am a pediatrician trained at the University of Kentucky and have been practicing primary care pediatrics for the past 30 years. My frustration level has gradually increased over the years trying to care for children with ADD/ADHD in a busy pediatric practice. I participated in a Mini-Fellowship with Columbia University Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and this helped tremendously with my comfort levels; however the greatest impediment was adequate TIME to evaluate and treat children and adolescents with ADD/ADHD.
I am very excited to introduce you to my new practice, Greenville ADHD Specialist, P.A. dedicated to evidence-based diagnosis and management of ADD/ADHD. Over the years, technology for a more precise diagnosis and very careful medication management has emerged. I utilize the latest professional medical guidelines and am able to individualize care for each patient with adequate time for precise diagnosis and evidence-based management. My passion is providing OPTIMAL care; just the right amount of time and testing for the right diagnosis, just the right amount of follow up, just the right amount of medication, and just the right amount of reassurance. My goal is individual solutions that allow patients to be themselves but more focused!
