Shelby Adler, PA-C

Shelby Adler is a certified Physician Assistant who grew up in a small suburb outside Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia, where she developed a love for the outdoors while exploring nearby national parks and hiking trails.
After visiting Colorado for the first time, Shelby knew it was where she wanted to build her future. She was drawn to Grand River Health for its rural setting, strong sense of community, and the opportunity to form meaningful connections with patients. She is passionate about incorporating patients into their own care plans and believes that strong patient-provider relationships are essential to quality care.
Outside of work, Shelby enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and traveling. She’s excited to call the Western Slope home and looks forward to exploring all it has to offer. A lifelong lover of cooking and baking, Shelby also enjoys spending time in the kitchen, an …interest she shares with her family.
