My husband and I just brought our 8 year old son to have his vocal cords examined and scoped by Dr. Shelby C Leuin. From the moment we arrived to the time we left we felt well taken care of by a competent and friendly staff. The assistant at the front desk who greeted us was friendly and helpful. Then Kim brought us back to take our son's vitals and bring us to a room to wait for Dr. Leuin. She was also very friendly and personable. Dr. Leuin did not keep us waiting long. We felt she was totally present during our conversation, actively listening to what we said. She was knowledgeable and had a caring demeanor. She looked our son in the eyes and spoke directly to him as she carefully explained what she was going to do. During the scoping she was calm and comforting. Dr. Leuin's assistant was also very friendly and gentle with our son throughout the process. When it was time to leave we were escorted to the front desk where the assistant who helped us asked us if we needed a parking… validation and a letter for my son's school. My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Leuin and her amazing staff!

This doctor has performed two surgeries on my daughter to correct a nose deformity that she was born with. Every step of the way Dr. Leuin walked me through the process let me know what was going on and how my child was doing. I felt very confident and at ease to have my daughter in such great hands. Dr. Leuin knows what she is doing and is a top notch surgeon.

My husband took my son to a specialist have a color pencil tip removed from his ear. We were told a visit would be any where from $80 to $550 for a visit. My son was uncooperative and would not let her touch his ear. So she recommended anesthesia, and sent them on their way. When my husband was paying ( we have no insurance and pay out of pocket ) the charge was $330. She did no service, did not remove object, just saw him and charged $330, I feel robbed. I am not able to get an answer as to why we payed that fee.
