As a patient and nurse, I cannot praise this physician enough! His care was of the highest caliber clinically and compassionately. He sat down, provided me with eye contact, unlimited time and answered all my questions. This made me feel seen, heard and understood. I left the appointment uplifted and hopeful and understood how to care for myself. I haven’t been treated this well as a patient in many years! I am so grateful that I found Dr Brownstein. He is a rare gem in this time of challenged healthcare. With much gratitude!

Dr Brownstein was my cardiologist for many years I even traveled 3 hours every 6 months for a check-up. He then left Cincinnati and I started seeing a cardiologist in Toledo. I know see he's in Appleton WI. I may make the trip there. The only Cardiologist that I really trusted. He really helped me out with my condition and how to handle it mentally.

Thanks to Dr. Brownstein I can now add CKD stage 3 to my list of health issues! Loading me up with diuretics and insane amounts of Potassium then dropping the ball on watching my bloodwork. There is absolutely NO excuse for this kind of behavior in a Cardiologist!!

Has excellent assistant in Frankie. He is quick in and out on office visit but excellent in his expertise in heart surgery. Had other doctors watching while he did mine. I had SVT. Ok now.

Dr. Brownstein made an egregious error in failing to diagnose a serious condition of mine he should have seen and treated. The condition was obvious to everyone at the hospital where I landed, having become sicker as a result of his lack of care. He had seen and signed off on test results of mine corresponding to a worsening condition no fewer than three times. The doctor who diagnosed me was stunned by his neglect. This condition was obvious to a resident just out of medical school, how Dr. Brownstein missed it is alarming to say the least.
