Dr. Sheldon H Genack, MD

Dr Genack is a really great doctor. I went to see him for ear pain. He was able to figure out the problem and answered all my questions.

Doesn't care about you, will let you know that you he is better then you right away. If you do have an issue with ear nose he will fix it. If you don't mind being talk to like your nothing and want to get your issue fix go to him. A +

Unfortunately I have medical issues that have given me the opportunity to experience many doctors across the country.I was taken back by the attitude and rudenss that was hard to ignore..I actually had to meditate every time he left the room and even asked him if I should leave..I went to him to help relieve symptoms... Not give me new ones...very disappointing..

Simply one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He is knowledgeable and professional. His attention to detail is incredible and I would recommend him to anyone. His staff is attentive, efficient and professional.

The office staff was very nice. The doctor was thorough but.......very short tempered and rude.

Dr Genack was very professional and spent lots of time explaining everything he was going to do. Great bedside manner and very thorough. I would highly recommend. I felt his staff was quite pleasant to deal with especially a woman named Sharon in his front office.

Genack is a good ENT, seems to know what hes talking about and is very professional. office staff is nice, and helpful. would recommend to anyone in Nassau county looking for a good check up.

I never write comments about people because I find that the comments are usually written by angry ignorant people but I had such a great experience that I felt compelled to write about dr Genack. I see some people wrote that he is brusque. He definitely is a no-nonsense guy and doesn't sugar coat anything. But y would I want something sugar coated I want the truth. I came in with swelling in my neck that my internist just kept treating with antibiotics a friend suggested I see dr Genack because he really helped her. In the end I needed a full work up and required surger,y and follow up with other doctors. Dr. Genack went over everything with me and with my family. His staff helped me schedule all my appointments with the other doctors that I needed to see. I can not express how much I appreciated their help but more importantly I am so happy that I went to dr genack because idid have a serious problem and he diagnosed me and treated me immediately

Dr. Genack is a true professional. He spent all the time with me that I needed and I never felf rushed. He is kind and corteous and very caring. He is an expert at what he does.
