What disaster! i confirmed the appointment for my 97 year old mother, I told them that i was hiring an ambulette because she is in a wheelchair and immobile. that would have been the opportunity to tell me the office is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. BUT THEY WERE SILENT AND SAID NOTHING. imagine my surprise after navigating an ambulette appointment, traveling through construction and traffic in it, and arriving to find the wheelchair could not go to the office. There are STEPS leading to his office. The staff were rude. no apologies . no offer to help. nothing. thats the story of this office stay away!

I had an emergency needed to come in ASAP. I was squeezed in the girls in the front desk were very helpful and kind. Dr Hersh is a very good doctor with lots of experience speaks several languages, has a very gentle hand , explains thoroughly your diagnoses and answers questions clearly. He's the best ENT in NY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
