Summary
Dr. Orloff graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, IL and then moved to Boston, MA where he completed his pediatric residency training at Tufts New England Medical Center. Following his residency, Dr. Orloff became a research fellow at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, MD. He later came to the Bay Area to study as a post-doctoral fellow in pediatric nephrology at the University of California at San Francisco. After successfully completing his subspecialty training at UCSF, Dr. Orloff joined The Permanente Medical Group as a career physician in 1979. Dr. Orloff has been a member of the Department of Pediatrics in Oakland since 1987 and is board-certified in general pediatrics. He is married and the father of two children.
