If you are in need of latisse, you would do better finding it online or learning about it from YouTube. My first mistake was assuming that the "consult" was free. I write "consult" because the non-medical professional who met with me for 7 minutes appeared to only know what she was talking about based on her use of the product. Even though it was clear from my paperwork that I was only interested in Latisse, she tried to sell me other services and when I told her that I did not need any other services, that is when she told me the "consult" would be $75. She said that it would have been complimentary if I was purchasing something or as she said, a regular patient, but since I was not, the 7 minute "consult" was $75. In addition, the prescription that I was given for the Latisse did not have any refills; so I guess I'm supposed to come back for another $75 "consult". I was so angry because if you are going to charge anything, that needs to be made clear on the website or in the… pre-appointment email and additionally, $75 should warrant me seeing the doctor or a nurse, not a non-medical staff.

Dr. Shel's commitment to optimizing her patients' inner and outer health is reflected In and among her exceptional staff. Her staff is friendly, courteous, respectful, professional, and expert at what they do. The follow-up I receive after each visit and to any question I may have clearly sets her practice far and above others. Dr Shel's business model is one that has been carefully developed and faithfully nurtured. This should be every provider's model.

Dr. Shel listens and her explanations and discussions are in depth. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend Dr. Shel and all of her staff.

My experience thus far has been great. The staff has been very attentive and listens to my concerns. I was really at my wits end with how I was feeling. I knew there was something wrong with me and was progressively getting worse. I could barely function through the day. I felt like I needed to nap constantly. I just had no energy. I brought these concerns up to my primary physician more than once, but was told that my thyroid was normal and she didn't test hormones. She also advised that she did not recommend it because I have an IUD. That just didn't sit right with me, so I turned to Dr. Shels office for a second opinion. I finally received some answers. I was happy to find out what is going on with my body and to have a plan on how to get back on track to feeling better. The staff has been great about going over everything with me in detail so I understand what has been going on with my body and the recommended plan to feeling better. This was the one of the best decisions I ever… made!

Laser hair removal worked really well. Skin tightening treatments going well. The is very professional n friendly, the office very clean n relaxing.

I was really on the fence about the hormone pellets, but Dr. Shel did an excellent job of explaining the benefits and I am so glad I made the decision to try them! My quality of life has improved drastically and I am very thankful to Dr. Shel and her amazing team of professionals!
