My friend is looking for a gastro doc for her son. I warned her of sheila trew and the horrible staff they have. I gave her info for a doctor that actually cares about their patients. Thankful I could stop someone else from having a bad expierence and being misdiagnosed.

If you want a medical staff that is rude, doesn't return phone calls and makes guesses instead of running tests then this is place you will want to go.. If you actually want to be taken care of and treated like you matter go anywhere but here. I'm not sure why anyone in that office has that job. Medical staff like sheila trew and the ones that answer the phone there are the reason people are scared to go to a doctor. These people could care a less about your well being. Don't believe me? Try it yourself.

I went to this doctor for help. I seen Sheila Trew who referred me to Premier Surgical without doing any tests on me. Once at Premier surgical I was told they did not understand why Sheila did not do anything to help me and just passed me off and then passed me back to her. Two weeks went by I heard nothing so I called myself. The staff answering the phone have been rude every time I called. I was promised a week ago someone would call me back as this has been going on for almost 2 months now and I still have no idea what is wrong with me. After another week no one called so I called once again and was treated very rudely, finally I spoke with a doctor who scheduled me for an appointment. However knowing that these people are extremely rude, wasted two months of my time and do not want to do their job I found another doctor. I will never go back to this place and I feel sorry for the patients who have to be seen by these people because they definitely are not in the field to help… individuals get better. They are the laziest medical staff I have ever experienced.
