I saw her a few years ago. She was extremely unprofessional and asked me where my parents were. I told her that I was 18 and she told me the appointment would not go on unless my mother was there. After reminding her that I did not need my parents’ consent, she proceeded to tell me that my medical record which involved substance use was a lie, and that nobody my age had ever been addicted to drugs. how uneducated and unprofessional, straight up gaslighting. When I asked her about POTS medication she said “you could go on medication, but it will make you sick every day, if you miss a dose you could die, and it will shorten your life span”. this was clearly a manipulative and unprofessional way to go over side effects. when I asked her if she had a recommendation for doctors in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, she responded “why would I know anyone there? I live in rochester. you have to figure that out yourself”. okay, lady. it’s not like Mayo Clinic is a world renowned hospital with ties… to medical professionals throughout the country. she is a terrible practitioner, should definitely not work in peds and needs to continue her education in communication and patient care.

Had both in-office and video reviews. Like other reviewers, we has the same exact experience. If it isn't something obvious she is going to put the rehab place and will NOT think outside the box. Then when we started asking probably tough questions she deflected then said "she had another meeting." All she would say I know this is nothing rare, but wouldn't provide a reason or explanation. She is not a Mayo quality doctor.

She gaslit me and kept on pushing the Mayo Pain Rehabilitation Center even after I politely told her no three times. She proceeded to mention it twelve more times.
