I wish that I could give negative 10 stars!! I recently called to get my husband an appointment. When he went through the drive thru they asked him "What do you think we need to do?" It's a very good thing that I was not with him!!!! That is so unprofessional and so was the women that was flirting with him and talking about her home life!!!! You are a Doctor's office NOT A DATING SERVICE!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE EVER!!!! THEY MISDIAGNOSED MY STEP SON AND HE HAD TO BE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!!!! BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN TO HIS MOTHER!! HIS MOTHER WAS RIGHT ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH HIM!!!! ARKADELPHIA SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR OFFICE AND FIND SOMEONE THAT REALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!

Dr Bray is proactive with medical care for seniors. My husband is 91 years old and Dr Bray recently sent him to the ER immediately because she suspected pneumonia which was the correct diagnosis. She treats seniors with dignity and with empathy. Brilliant physician.

Horrible bedside manner. Overpriced and insists on more frequent visits when patient has insurance. Also schedules follow up visits and then looks at you and asks, why are you there. Can see a patient and never lay hands on them. Nurse? Inept at taking BP with a machine!

Dr. Perrin takes her time and is willing to whatever needs to be done all of the time, very attentive to all of my needs.

Very professional staff and Dr. Perrin was thorough and helpful.

Dr. Perrin is Wonderful!!! Very professional and helped me alot with my medical problem!!! Would definately refer anyone to her!!!
