Dr. Shelly Dawn Faubion, DO

!!ATTENTION ATTENTION!!! Do Not trust this Dr. or ANY of her staff!!!!! My brother, who was a patient for years, passed away unexpectedly. After his death, I was given 30 days to claim his Life Insurance. This office kept the paperwork, after dropping it off in person, for the full 30 days. I called over, and over (practically begging), regarding this paperwork needed. I was completely ignored for almost three weeks. Regardless, of the many messages left for her nurse and front staff. THEN, on the final week, they proceeded to let me know that the Dr. Faubion was REFUSING to complete the paperwork needed altogether. I then BEGGED repeatedly to try to talk with Dr. Faubion herself, to explain the situation. I, AGAIN, was denied and ignored. I have now completely missed out the the Life Insurance claim of $20,000, from NO fault of my own. THIS IS DEVASTATING FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!! . And, it’s ALL due to this office and their neglect. I will admit, out of anger, I stated that I pray… if they are in ANY need of help, that they were met with the same treatment, as they had given me. I now recant that. I honestly wouldn’t wish this type of crushing emotional exhaustion on anybody. It is far too painful to think that another person would be treated in this manner. This office sees primarily disabled and older patients. You may eventually need their help as well. Please, please, please, SAVE yourself from going through the same experience as I did!! P. S. Her rating of only 3 stars is VERY telling in itself. Others are trying to warn you as well. Jea
