Takes the patient's needs into account and makes time to see urgent issues in a very timely manner. Spends plenty of time with the patient and explains everything.

Dr.Hall lacks bedside manner. When I received my lab results I was informed by her staff of my treatment options the doctor suggested. When I met with the doctor she told me there was no need for the treatment because she didn't think it will work. She spent less than 10min with me, and didn't show any sensitivity or caring regarding my issues. I left the office very fustrated. I will not return.

Dr Hall is a good doctor and her office is well run. I found it remarkably easy to get an appointment, considering she is a dermatologist. She is a bit stiff in terms of her personal manner, but not so much that it is off-putting.

Dr. Hall has the bedside manner of a frozen fossil. She breezes through appointments with little care, and seemingly very little attention. You would think her breezing through an appointment would speed up the wait times, but it is in fact still an excruciatingly long wait to see her. Dr. Hall becomes irritated acting if your questions take more than even a minute or two, and she is already halfway out the door before your questions are sufficiently answered (and I don't even ask a lot of questions)- even mid sentence. Her staff is mostly cold, unfriendly, and discourteous. She wouldn't refill a prescription - FOR A TOPICAL WIPE LIKE AN OXY PAD- because she has an "office policy" that we don't refill prescriptions without an office visit - regardless of the specific paitient's situation. I abhor doctors who attempt to bilk their patients of every dime (and our valuable time), especially in this insulting manner. This is how unscrupulous, unsuccessful doctors try to make up for the… lost income they would be receiving if they were more skilled, respected, liked, and harder working. Stay away from Dr. Shelly Hall, unless you want to be - at a minimum - extremely disappointed.

Dr. Hall is a great Dermotologist. She is very thorough and explains everything. She follows up in the evening. Has a fine manner and takes her time with you. I highly recommend her.

I had an atypical condition that my internist suggested I have checked out. Dr. Hall seemed a bit dismissive at first -- like "you are here for THAT?" -- but was friendly overall and did a diagnostic procedure. One stitch was not quite tight enough and will leave a scar. I feel somewhat better having looked up her credentials.

She is great.

I have to say that I was surprised after my first visit with doctor Hall. I was surprised because I received a follow-up call directly from the doctor herself a week after my appointment. She spent 15 minutes on the phone with me in the evening, carefully explaining the results of my procedure. When I made a follow-up appointment, she spent plenty of time discussing risks, procedures, and alternatives. She doesn't rush you in and out like evry other doctor that I have seen. This doctor is a rare find.
