They called to reschedule because they didn't have a doctor that accepted Aetna, then they cancelled my kids appointment, my wife arrived 12 minutes late with my other son and was turned away even though she was there to get my son school required shots and also a prescription for budesonide which my son needs to avoid asthma attacks, kind of important!!! Receptionist was ambivalent. This is not a Christian Practice and by turning my wife away I believe thy violated the Hippocratic Oath as we needed required medication refilled.

I could not imagine EVER switching to another pediatrician as Cornerstone Pediatrics is the best around. I have tried other pediatricians in the area and have never had any treatment like that of Dr. Klein. She's caring, down to earth and easy to understand. I have found I really understand what is happening to my child and how to care for his illness when I leave. The staff and nurses are wonderful, sweet, kind people that understand what parents are going through and LOVE kids.

Initially what I didn't care for was her personality and poor diagnosis. Most times we would ask for a nurse practitioner instead. We quit going when we got charged a nurse call on top on the administering charge for for the flu vaccine. That is against the CDC guidelines. After several letters and phone calls they finally reversed the charge and said that they didn't know that they couldn't do that. My wife is a certified billed/coder for another practice, but what about all those other patients who don't know that they are not supposed to get double billed? The vaccine is provided to the office for free by the CDC and most insurance companies will waive the out of pocket copay for the administering charge. A nurse call is redundant to the administering charge and I would consider it to be double dipping or even borderline fraud.
