Dr. Shelly Kay Mills, DO

Was referred to her office by my health insurance provider. Was told that I would need to submit an application to be accepted as a new patient before I could even schedule an appointment. The Application asks for insurance information, as expected, then goes on to ask if you have any of several different psychiatric conditions and whether or not you will need medication to treat said conditions. Wanted to make others considering this office aware.

I would recommend Dr. Mills to anyone because I have been to many doctors and she is the nicest one I have ever been to. I am 21 and go to her and my son is 2 and I take him there. She is amazing with kids, and is thorough about everything she does. I like that she tells me what a doctor is supposed to tell me, but will also tell me as a person or mother this is otherwise. Every staff member is very nice and the offices are very clean. When I sit down with her I can talk to her like I have known her for years. She is very easy going, doesn't make me feel awkward like most doctors and answers all questions to the fullest! Absolutely the best doctor anywhere around!
