I reached out to this doctor twice with urgent requests during COVID. First time he needed to assess a potential kidney failure for my mother, before another doctor could prescribe other medications and send her to MRI. He studied her medical history and lab results dating back to mid 2019, and got back to us with a comprehensive answer regarding her kidneys. Second time after being in excruciating pain for 10 days and not being able to get a call back from my primary care's office, i reached out to Dr. Kuo to assess whether i had a kidney stone. He got back to me within 3 hours!!!! and went over my lab work and sonogram tests. Thank you Dr. Kuo for your responsiveness in the time of need.

My father had acute kidney failure. Dr. Kuo and his team gave very good care to my father, they patiently explained their diagnose and revived my father's kidneys.
