Dr. Shereen Timani Charkawi, MD

Most unprofessional practice ever! They advertise you to buy packages and as soon as you buy them, you receive the lowest quality service ever. If you are not happy with a service and you request to see Timani, she does not even spend less than 3 mins to show up and check on you. Very disappointed with her practice. I paid for a full package and once I called once to verify my $200 credit balance, the receptionist confirmed I have a balance of $200. The second time I called to see if I can use my credit towards something else, they denied that I have any balance and I was told since the person who provided me my original receipt does not work there anymore my receipt is not valid. I tried to call and send them emails, but everytime her receptionist, Megan, hung up on me while I was speaking! After one year of my money being on hold, she sent me a $50 check! Not even my full balance! I have academic experience and I am an engineer, what I received from her is very unprofessional!

Johns Creek Dermatology provides great patient care. Dr. Timani is truly amazing, so kind and caring. I have been to a lot of dermatologists in the Atlanta area, and by far Dr. T is the best! She answers all of my questions and concerns. She is very focused on the patient and providing the best patient outcome possible. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on all of the latest procedures and clinical treatments. She is detailed and very meticulous and really takes her time to answer all my concerns. The best part about Dr. T is if I ever have any urgent needs, she always works me into her busy schedule. Also, if I have any questions or need medication refills I can always access her via the online Patient Portal. She checks her patient portal messages every day and responds to me the same day, even when sheâ??s on vacation. Dr. Timani is absolutely the best!

Should not have "pediatric" anywhere in the description of what they do. 1 hr 45 min wait is unacceptable for a sick 11 month old. Felt very uncared for. Will never go again or recommend anyone to go there.

I saw Dr. Timani in her Johns Creek location. I felt at ease discussing my concerns with her and she spent time explaining treatment options. I would definitely recommend this physician to others.
