Dr. Poz and her staff has been fantastic over the past 3 years my kids have been seeing her. 3 kids have had tubes put in, and throughout each appointment we have been well taken care of. The staff has been considerate, informative, and willing to answer all of my questions. When a routine check turned in to an ear cleaning for each of the kids, Dr. Poz and staff were thorough and patient. My 4 year old daughter kid of freaked out after having the first ear cleaned out and needed to take some time to muster the courage to do the other. I was impressed with Dr. Poz's bedside manner and patience. My daughter now has a smile on her face, and I can't thank the team enough. Great work!

Dr. Poznanovic is an amazing doctor and took wonderful care of our daughter through her ear surgery! I can't rave about her and her team enough, she is a miracle worker!

Never saw the doctor. Office staff was so rude and told us we were late despite being logged in their own computer 10 minutes before our appointment time. They consider that late as it takes them "30 minutes" to process the paperwork you hand them. Penalized us and took other patients ahead of us, so after 30 minutes past our appointment time we left. They also called us as we were pulling in a parking spot to tell us they don't treat adults, because they had put my kids birthday in wrong. She may be a great doctor, but I refuse to let my child be treated in an office that acts like that and is that disorganized.

I feel like the nurse is not very compassionate in regard to my child's current state. I would very much like to speak to the doctor instead of the nurse, but that seems out of the question. We waited over one month to get in and after the visit we left feeling like we didn't get the help we were hoping for. I am trying to get in as soon as possible due to my child's issues, but again we will have to wait another month. One of the receptionists was friendly while the other one just stared at me with a look like "why are you talking to me?"

Dr. Poznanovic took care of my 7 year old and performed a surgery to remove his tonsils, adenoids, laser his nasal passages wider, and removed tubes from his ears. She has a wonderful bedside manner and clearly demonstrates proficiency in her field. Trust her with your child. Mine is as healthy as can be.

Great office, immediate appointments available, quick & courteous staff. Will be coming here going forward, and will be recommending as well.

Very nice office, made my child understand why we were there and took exceptionally great care of him. Simple treatment plan and follow up as needed. My child said they have the "Best" prizes!

All works OK prior to a procedure, but after it was done, I had a question for the doctor and her staff would be very un-professional and wouldn't allow me to pass through them to talk to the Dr. I asked for the Dr to call me back and they would not allow it. I won't go to this office again if this is the way the treat patients.
