Dr. Sherin Hanna Mercer, MD

I’ve probably seen and known Dr Mercer close to 20 yrs. She is top notch extremely meticulous and very thorough. I wouldn’t want to see any other family doctor. I’m very pleased with her and her clinic.

She really listens to your problems and helps.

I will NEVER use Dr. Sherin Mercer or anyone at Family Practice again. I went to her because I had a cough and was very achy. They charged me my regular co-pay, ran a blood test, was told it was viral so I got no antibiotics. Was told to get Alka Seltzer Plus and was sent home. A few days later I was no better, felt miserable. Called after hours and was told if I talked to the on-call physician I would owe Family Practice $25 which would be my responsibility, not my insurance. I waited til the next work day, went in and felt extremely bad the second I got out of my car. Called them and said I needed to see Dr. Mercer NOW. Was told had to make appointment. They said they could work me in. I go to Family Practice, they run another blood test, told me it was viral. Anitbiotics would not work for viral infection. I understand that but I KNOW there are medicines they can prescribe to make a patient more comfortable while trying to get well. I had to ask the doctor to give me… cough medicine with codiene so they did. That has been the only way I have been able to sleep at night. I am praying I am well enough to return to work tomorrow. They just seem to NOT CARE how bad someone feels only that they get their money. I will never use this clinic again. I don't know how anyone has given them a good review. AGAIN, DO NOT USE DR. SHERIN MERCER OR ANYONE IN THIS CLINIC.

Dr. Mercer was awesome. Her clinical knowledge and beside manner are on a completely different level. Her care for me was first class. I would HIGHLY recommend her to any patient.

I was refered to her and I wouldn't trade her at ALL. Her & her staff is very friendly & very kind. They all have very wonderful spirts.
