Dr. Sherman Lee, MD

Doctor Lee has been my Primary Care Provider for a few years. He is fine at a wellness check up, and fine at diagnosing a simple problem like Shingles. However, in September 2021 I saw him for EXTREME pain in my middle back. Without examining me (“lay down on the table and let’s examine where you hurt”) he ran a couple of tests (urine & blood) and told me it sounded like Pancreatitis. 2 days later I called the office for tests results and heard “normal”. I told the receptionist to tell Dr. Lee I was still in severe pain. She came back and told me he said to go to Evergreen Emergency for more advanced testing once my husband was home and could drive me there. Once there and tests were run I had to have EMERGENCY GALLBLADDER SURGERY! My Gallbladder was close to bursting! I could have died…I really feel that Dr. Lee didn’t take an interest in me on my appointment, and didn’t follow up with me after he KNEW I had to have emergency surgery! So, he is fired!

After having surgery I was given opioids for pain by the surgeon. At follow-ups with Dr. Lee he made me feel like the only reason for my visit was to get more "drugs."

Very rude. Doesn't know how to treat the patient. Won't go into details but beware.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
