He is very knowledgable and listen to my questions. Very professional. The staff answered all my questions and were helpful.

The experience was not positive. Dr. Reeves came in, asked if we watched his video, and left as soon as possible. He did not even introduce himself. He did not help at all with one of the most important decisions of my life, sending me off with a list of options that no one who is not clinician could understand. Actually thinking of going elsewhere at this time.

Dr. Reeves is very professional and takes the time to discuss his findings and recommendations.

My experience with Craig was great. Short wait time and very thorough in collecting data for my file and backup for Dr. Reeves. I waited at least 35 minutes before Dr. Reeves and his team came into this windowless room. I had no idea whether he’d been called to an emergency. Had to go home to care for a child or whatever. It would’ve been nice to have somebody touch base periodically when the wait was that long.
