Dr Ogirri is the best !

Very nice person

I felt like she heard me and she advised me on two conditions. She Asked if I approved of the treatment plan before proceeding.

I have felt this every time I have gone to Dr Ogirri is that she laughs or dismisses my description of symptoms. She also makes me feel as if I have no knowledge in the care of myself. I have wanted to find a different provider for years but keep forgetting this was another reminder to find a new one.

I've never had a worse doctor's appointment. Dr. Ogirri was quite impolite and disrespectful. She speeds through the visit without paying attention to the patient's worries. In addition, she charged me for a visit even though I didn't see her.

Left SPFP after being treated so poorly by her. She was curt and wrongly diagnosed a situation that actually needed surgery! Hesitant to preswcribe a needed med. Had been a SPFP patient for a long time. Will not go back as long as she is there.

This lady is a joke of a doctor , she does NOT listen . She has zero empathy . I was switched to her when my other doctor left the facility . You’re better off searching your symptoms on WEBMD and self diagnosing . Forget her calling in a refill for a medication that you have been taking for years . She simply doesn’t listen to patient concerns . God forbid you ask to see another doctor while in her care . She will walk in the room with an attitude and not speak except to make you feel irrelevant. After , seeing her twice “she felt the need to go over my medication to see what she could change for no reason” but ignoring two major issues I had been seen for prior to her . She will be the reason I leave Southpoint family after 12+ Years. If she prescribes you a round of steroids she doesn’t believe you need to be tapered off after five days even if you tell her how horrible your symptoms of withdrawal are .

she has poor bedside manners and gets angry if you tell her what you think is wrong with you. She is almost very rude and spends 30 seconds. does not listen and made me feel like I was sorry to even come see the Dr. Yes, I'm paying her for her poor service. I drove back to my old Dr's office which is further away from me but worth it.

I had been looking for a good doctor, and I finally found one when I found her. She genuinely cares. She talks about every option available and make sure you have what you need.

No compassion, doesn't listen to concerns didn't listen period!!! And hurries through appointments!
