Dr. Sherri Bennett Clark, MD

My mother's English is not the best, which is why I went with her to the visit. The nurses were abrupt and didn't wait to hear her answers to their questions. They treated her like she was stupid---if they'd bothered to talk to her at all, they would have learned she's worked in a medical office for many years. Instead, they chose to equate her English with her intelligence. The doctor said some insensitive things about our faith since my mother was fasting at the time of the visit. Overall do not recommend.

Dr. Sherri Clark is probably the most incompetent doctor I have ever encountered with. I seriously wonder what makes this woman malfunction in the way she does. Did she get her doctorate from a cereal box?! Run for the hills and don’t waste your time!

I visited Dr. Clark multiple times over the past two years. She took my blood every time I went (at least 10 times) which I hate having my blood taken. She was very rude every time I would ask why we had to take more blood when nothing was figured out after they took my blood a month ago. Every time I went, I complained of chronic lower back pain that was so bad it kept me up at night. I also complained of my left front ovary area hurting. All she did was take my blood and once took a chest x-ray, she told me my back pain was too low to be my kidneys or anything serious. She saw on my paperwork that I was on Lexapro for an antidepressant, and she told me that my depression was causing me to think there was pain when there really wasn't. I believed this, as did my family and everyone else so I thought the pain I was living with was normal. I finally went to a new doctor when I had blood in my urine, turned out my chronic back pain was because I had 3 kidney stones in my right kidney,… (my new doctor first thing ordered a CT scan which Dr. Clark never suggested) and my front left pain was caused because I had multiple cysts with blood and endometriosis. Needless to say, I would never ever recommend Dr. Clark to ANYONE.

I have been seeing Dr. Clark for years she always look at your charts to see the last time you had a procedure done or you need one. If you need a referral for another Dr. She always suggested one but its your choice. Shebis very professional and never been rude. She has a caring attitude/

I'm having a hard time believing the negative reviews. Dr Clark has always been VERY good at listening to me and considering everything I tell her. Weather it was a check up or a problem I came in for. She solved the problem. Was courteous. Good listener. Asked me questions. I never felt rushed.

I do not typically take the time to write a review .. good or bad but I feel it is necessary this time. After sitting in on a exam appointment with my very elderly parent .. I was shocked at her rude behavior. She acted annoyed at her elderly patient. and seemed frustrated that her slight dementia caused her to not be specific.... and also seemed to resent my presence. I respected her and tried to totally stay out of her way to examine my parent. When I spoke up ONE time to correct wrong information she let me know I was to remain silent. If I had not corrected the information she would have wrongly assumed we were there for a less serious situation . It wasn't about me of course and I would have gladly not been offended if she had done this in a professional way but she was rude and annoyed. I would never recommend her to anyone and I wish my parent would choose to go elsewhere.

I was having an irregular heart problems and she quickly got me the help I needed.

I got in the office before my visit, filled out some paperwork, waited 5 minutes, went in the exam room, talked to the nurse, waited maybe 2-3 minutes the doc cam in and spent 25-30 minutes with me. Very professional, listened to my, issues, and did not seem in a hurry.

Every time I have seen Dr Clark, she has utterly failed to understand what I am telling her. She has trouble actually listening. She seems to have no intuitive or intellectual guidance which would cause her to take effective action to resolve health issues. I have no insurance; I have wasted $80 every time I have visited her. She has never successfully resolved or assisted any of my health issues.

Dr. Clark has no bedside manner and even told me that I should not have brought my 4 year old son with me who has ADHD because she did not want to "yell at him." She is rude and has absolutely no caring behavior. I am seeking a new doctor because of this.
