Sherri Egashira, O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of California Berkeley in 1992 and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology at Stanford University. Dr. Egashira remembers being eight years old and getting her first pair of glasses in the third grade. With her new glasses, her vision went from 20/200 to 20/20, which made quite an impression on her. The impact was so strong that she chose to pursue a career in optometry and later purchased the practice of the optometrist who gave her that first pair of glasses! Dr. Egashira has been practicing optometry since 1992 and especially enjoys helping people every day to improve their vision. In her spare time away from the office, Dr. Egashira enjoys walking, gardening, and paddle boarding as her hobbies.
