Dr. Sherri Xuan Li, MD

This doctor left a lot to be desired. My first and only visit to her was today. She was professional enough I suppose, but she was really uninterested and gave me the bare minimum. If I asked a question she certainly didn't elaborate on the answer or inquire further. I'm a young woman coming into menopause in a few years - she offered zilch. I've never gone for a well woman's visit and not been asked about birth control, or have the importance of breast exams expressed. She really did not care.

the front desk staff is less desirable than the nurse and assistance in the back of the office. I love Ashley she returns calls promptly and is always nice.

The direct RN for Dr Li is exceptional and follow up is great. The front office staff are sometimes a little less desirable to deal with had half listen to the patient (me). Appointment was at 1045 and the desk lady told me I was late that she shows my apt and 1000. Instead of initially checking she continued to disagree and finally a person overheard the conversation and fixed the situation. I was not late!
