I will not be seeing this doctor again,dislike how long it took just to see me for first visit,she dont smile,i feel she needs more experince handleing a patient with multiple medical problems.

I am a diabetic. So I am very health consious all of the sudden. Doc has done a great job in keeping me educated on all of the latest developments and making sure I am making healthier decissions. She is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Walker is very nice and caring about her patients but her staff is not very good at follow ups or updating people on lab results. She isn't very good at explaining diagnoses and when she prescribes a medication, she doesn't explain the medication thoroughly enough. I had to talk to the Pharmacist on how to use my birth control because she hadn't explained it fully. I was also supposed to have an EKG done for my heart and the staff did not call me to schedule it at the local hospital. So I had to wait til my next appointment before I knew I was supposed to get it done. Overall though, she is a very lovely lady. She is very caring and she listens carefully. I loved spending the short amount of time in her care. My insurance switched and now I have a new doctor but she was great!
