Dr. Crossen is absolutely the best. My Family Dentist in PBC,FL calibrated with a periodontist for dual diagnostic and perio-implant surgery on site. Dr. Crossen education, professionalism and experience is the real deal. My uncle, only in mid 40's, had to be seen and treated the same day after suffering Major face trauma from a horrific fall onto porcelain marble bathroom vanity. After her visual evaluation of his mouth and his xrays she spoke to us like we were her family. After that she made sure we knew and understood the treatment plan with recovery, the interim heal process with reality, she even explained the procedures that come later with restorative, she literally stayed with us while weighing options, she was personal and direct with us about the costs involved from start to finish!! She didn't shy away from what most consider an uncomfortable discussion, finances!! And mostly she did not cut corners because of the urgency to get him treated. You can tell quickly this… Periodontist takes her performance home with her. And in a world where we often feel like just another number that was everything!! I recommend Dr. Crossen to all patients as treating perio oral specialist.

I believe she rushed to put in an implant at he same time as an extraction and never gave my jaw a chance to heal. This has caused major pain for several weeks to a final implant fail in which the implant was removed. Still trying to recover. Idont recommend her services.
