Sherrie Wai Yee Dang Hirota, MD

I have had my appointment booked for nearly 2 months, all I need is a birth control prescription and a form signed for my insurance. I came in pretty early because I wasn't sure how the parking or traffic would be (FYI parking here is pretty convenient) but 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be with no word from the receptionists or nurses, I asked what was going on and they informed me it would be another hour of a wait (putting me at 2 hours total wait time) and so I asked to be rescheduled. The receptionist canceled my appointment and then looked for another one and I was told it would be another month and a half from today before I could be seen again. Beyond frustrated with this experience and will be looking for another provider.

She has assisted me with all my medical problems. Excellent care always there for her patients. Respected that

Dr.Sherrie has been professional and explains everything so you get a better understanding of what's happening with you! And even more importantly is the compassion that she shows!!! I wish I knew where she was practicing so I could follow her........I'd even drive to town if I had to!!!

My only critique is the wait, seems like they over book

Love Her!!! Dr. Hirota is by far, one of my favorite doctors to visit. Very accurate, and easy to talk to.

I waited about 10-15 minutes after scheduled appointment time but honestly, I've never been to a clinic and not had it be behind by a few minutes. It was probably just an off day. Loved this clinic and Dr. Hirota.

The Kimberly Lund/Sherrie Hirota medical practice is a friendly, attractive, well-designed and well managed health care service. I am very happy with the service from the nurse practitioners and staff as well as the physicians. Great people, great place.
