Told me I wasn't a compliant patient. I forgot to get my labs done one time (totally understand it was my fault) but the way she treated me when I realized I forgot was uncalled for. Then I had to cancel my appointment because I was not able to get my labs done prior to appointment because of illness, and yes again they told me I was not a compliant patient. Lack of communication within the office. Everytime I have been I have had to wait almost an hour because they were down staff...

Doc & Nurses are kind and explain well. Receptionist seems efficient but is not what would be described as welcoming. Did have to wait nearly an hour after my appointment time to be seen. And be sure that you know her address is on ROCK CREEK, not Tecumseh!

My mom has a co-pay, no deductible. The office person insisted she pay her $40 co-pay and a $45 deductible and was quite rude about it. My mom called back with the insurance people on the line the next day and was completely disrespected as they never made it past the person who answered the phone after several requests to talk to someone in billing. Even insurance operator couldn't believe who rude this woman was. My mom deserves to be treated better (and a refund of the $45 they didn't have a right to collect).

As an approaching senior I felt compelled to leave a review. I have been a patient here for many years and 3 offices. I have NEVER as an established patient been told the dr isn’t available to you. What? Not even making appts? You are not that special I have had multiple diagnosis of skin cancers here resulting in radiation and MOHS surgery. And the dr is now too busy for established post cancer patients? I am insulted and outraged. And your office is too busy for established patients.?
