Dr. Sherril Ellis Durbin, DO

Stuff is horrible and Dr tells me absolutely nothing. I still don't know what's wrong with me and she couldn't run a test because she didn't have the correct test tubes for the second time.

Had an appointment last Thursday, got e-ray on Friday. Had to call office on Monday for result and referral to orthopedics but staff is terribly. Talked to girl who schedules and she did nothing yet and this is Tuesday and did not get a call. If I do not call them they do not do their job. and the doctor does not have a clue what's going on. No avenue to talk to her except getting another appointment.

I went to her office for treatment. I was in the office for 1 hr 15 min. That was awful. She saw me for about 5 minutes. I honestly felt like I wasted my time. I could have gotten better info off the internet. She was a complete waste of time and I'm sorry I went to her. I believe that if she had a stick in her hand, she would have tried to make it a magic wand. Never going back.

Dr. Durbins office very cleanand the staff.extremely friendly and helpful. Sometimes it takes a bit to get a person but when you do they help you alot and fast. Dr. Durbin is a great doctor she listens very well to you and gives you options doesnt just give you one. I was in and out in on good time. And got a follow up appt in a good time frame. I would refer anybody i knew to her

The office staff and Dr. Durbin are wonderful. I have been coming to them for years. They always provide me with the best care. I can get in the same day.

Dr. Durbin does not know how to listen to her patients. She always act like you are always complaing about something and she is tired of listening to you. The outside staff is horrible, you can stand at the window all day and they still will not say anything to you. I highly do not recommend this doctor or her staff. Unless you want to be ignored and talked to rudely.

If you are lucking to get someone to answer the phone or even return your call you still cannot get an appointment for 3 weeks or they just forget about you and not call back. Then when you do you have to put up with attitudes from the office or nurses whom do not know their jobs or care to and I had to wait one time 2 hours and I had an appointment

Have been going here for years and now the younger staff are rude and dont know anything. For example the male nurse was about to give me a birth control shot and asked me where he was suppose to stick because he wasnt sure. I told Durbin and she did nothing about it.

Staff is rude and loses paperwork. Never a callback with test results. Doctor seems to be just going through the motions.

Office staff is very nice. The office is very clean although they could make the temperature cooler esp during summers. I like that I can get in same day if I call first thing in the morning.
