Excellent caring knowledge physician

This doctor doesn't even deserve 1 star.. she is rude, patronizing and egotistical. I used to love this office (Medical group of South Florida) when Dr. Bueno was here, even Dr. Cullop was a pleasure to work with. Dr. Bueno switched to the Jupiter location and Dr. Cullop changed specialties so we were switched to this Doctor Solimon. Both of my parents are patients of this facility for several years & we love their staff but the best people always leave to work somewhere else. I wonder why? Dr. Solimon was a nightmare to deal with. I've worked at a doctor's office for over 5 years myself. I know how patients and their family are supposed to be treated. She has no manners, no respect for the patients or their family. I take care of my parents I bring them to their appointments, I know their meds and medical history. Their English is weak so I'm always there to express their concerns to the doctor. Every single doctor has always respected that and given me and my parents the time of day.… At our last visit before I decided to get rid of this doctor, we waited for 45 minutes before being seen and to make her life easier, instead of putting them in 2 separate rooms, I told the nurse she can put both my parents in one room and she can see them together so it's quicker. She comes in rushed, no greetings or even a how are you and asks why we are here. I said to review bloodwork, she starts giving me attitude when it was her medical assistant who couldn't seem to find the blood work so we had to wait in the room another 20 minutes while quest faxed the results. My mother had been in an urgent care who then sent her to the emergency room because it was too high and they had to put her on a drip to lower her extremely high blood pressure. Dr. Solimon would constantly interrupt me while I was trying to tell her what happened and ignore me then speak to my parents as if I'm not telling her properly. They couldn't understand her so they would look at me. So I asked her to direct her questions to me because they don't understand. She accused me of being rude to her and she literally yelled at me. I told her I'm not having an attitude but you're not listening and they can't understand you. She kept telling me that I am wasting her time and she has more patients that have been waiting for a while. I said so have we. And it wasn't our fault but here we are still being patient. I stopped talking because my parents were getting anxious and they couldn't understand what was going on because she was getting so loud. She took my mom's blood pressure and said it was normal so she doesn't know what the problem is. I had hospital papers where it clearly showed that her medications need to be changed or given a higher dosage to manage her BP because this may damage her heart if not managed. I had already decided I never want to see this woman again so I just wanted to be out of that room after getting refills for my mom. She didn't even go over my father's blood work because there was no time and my mother took up majority of the time and she was already behind and had patients waiting to see her. When we came out of that office, all the nurses were looking at us. I spoke to a nurse who has been there from day 1, who I love and who no longer works there anymore. Before I even told her what happened she said all of us could hear yelling. & I asked who could you hear? She said Dr. Solimon. & they all said how sweet and nice i am so what happened? So I told them and they told me to speak to the supervisor because this isn't the only time something like this has happened with Dr. Solimon. She has been rude to several patients. I don't know if she's racist or just can't stand not having the final or only word. She doesn't respond to questions being asked, she takes it as if someone is questioning her skills when in reality, I ask questions so I can learn because she is the doctor. Who else do I ask? I know this is a long review and idk if anyone will even read this entirely but I've never had an experience like this in my entire life. & I hope to God I never have to deal with a woman like this again. Doctor's are supposed to be empathetic people, they should comfort you, heal you. She is the opposite of what a doctor should be. Please save your time and find someone else.
