I have never been so disrespected by a healthcare provider. She proceeded to give me personal and rude opinions on my medical position and urged me that I was in the wrong and it was my fault for being in such a position. After 4 hours of waiting, she gave me no results besides a discharge and a fit of tears. She should not have a license, I’m surprised she is allowed to work at Northside still.

This doctor treated a patient in the ER recently and was incredibly rude to her and us (her family). This patient was in mental distress and was scolded like she was a child. This is the worst doctor I have ever experienced with zero compassion and not much drive to find the root cause of a problem. I would highly recommend you refuse treatment from her if you have a choice. The hospital should replace her.

My son was in an accident and this doctor held his bill for over 2 YEARS, then sent it to collections. Never sent a bill, which would have been submitted by the attorney for payment to the other person’s insurance. Now she’s IMPOSSIBLE to contact to get information. We’ve made numerous phone calls we are unable to find a way to contact her. No response to any complaints and no way to contact. Stay away!!!

Doesn't listen to parents and ignores symptoms. orders unnecessary test and doesn't understand side effects

I agree with the previous review: Sherry Brock is unfit as a doctor and disgusting as a person. If I could give her a zero-star rating, I would do so, because she does not deserve even one star. In addition to her absolute lack of knowledge, she is an uncaring and irresponsible doctor with zero bedside manner. She can spend all her time either sitting at her desk or wandering around the hallways, but she will never spend even one minute at a patient's bedside. No patient needs a doctor like her, especially ER patients for whom both doctor's knowledge and responsibility are crucial. Decline her services before it's too late!

Terrible experience. I would refuse her as doctor in the future and not recommend her as a Doctor for anyone to use!!
