Dr. Palamara routinely held telehealth sessions with a loved one in NY even though she is not licensed in NY. She allowed my loved one to drive while having said sessions time and time again. Her license does not extend to NY even with a telehealth multistate waiver. New York does recognize it, and she knowing provided illegal services to him. It is taking all of me to not report her to her licensing board. She is an unethical psychologist. She used ineffective methods to help him such as odd chants and never even once discussed a treatment plan in almost two years. Stay away from this odd and unethical doctor.

Called the 561 number, selected every available option on the auto-answer phone. For every doctor in that practice the phone device says that "line is busy, press 1 to leave a message. If these doctors do not even know how to manage their means of contact, how they will be able to help their clients.
