Dr. Sherry Famorca Viduya, MD

Dr. Viduya herself is great but now that she's merged with Palmetto Primary & Dr. Campbell's office there's zero customer service. An automated service takes a message and they do not call back in a timely manner. My experience with this office is long waits/delays and horrible attitudes from the staff. I will have to find another physician who has a staff that respects their patients' time better than this office does.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sherry Viduya for a very long time. She is very professional, patient, and friendly. Her professionalism and openness allows me to ask questions and she takes the time needed to explain not only diagnosis but also symptoms and expected treatment for the conditions. I would not trade her bedside manners and professionalism for any doctor. She truly cares about the individual and it shows in her willingness to go the extra mile to make you feel like you are the only important person on the schedule for the day.

If you're not in a hurry and have nothing else to do, see Dr. Sherry Viduya. You wait at least 30 minutes in waiting room & then 30 more in the exam room. Her manner can be rough and she's also out sick a lot.

Dr. V. is awesome! She takes the time to get to know YOU. She is very interested in being a partner in your health plan and offers very rational planning for moving forward. I never felt like she was hurrying me through my visit. Fantastic 'Bedside' approach. Who gets excited about going to the doctor?? I am now!!!

Office staff is rude, doctor does not care. Careless in prescribing medications.

I would never recommend Dr. Viduya ! Very unprofessional !! How does a Doctor have the receptionist call a former cancer patient to tell her that the results of a cats can showed two liver masses ...no explanation..no follow ups ..Nothing!! I had to call back after the shock of those words "liver masses" and asked if I need my oncologist involved ? Two days later the receptionist calls back after I called both days to see if the Doctor responded and tells me " yes the Doctor says get the oncologist involved !!!!never went back to that office again ! They never called to check up /or show any compassion at all..
