Excellent personal skills , I plan to make her my primary physician .

I've never had a reason for the doctor to follow up with me after the visit so really I can't rate on this. Love my doctor and feel she is very good

Dr. McPhee is by far the best primary care physician I have seen in Charlotte. I was referred to her by my Infectious Disease doctor. Although I had to wait almost 6 months to get an appointment, I was very pleased with the amount of time she spent with me, she listened to my concerns and treats me with dignity and respect. I have the utmost respect for Dr. McPhee. Unfortunately, she was out of the office for the holidays and I had to deal with her staff who were less than patient, lacked compassion and assumed I was calling to simply get a medication. I spent an entire day on the phone with her office staff who assured me the medication was called into my pharmacy, which it was not. I had already had a seizure from not having thid medication and as we were going into the New Year's holiday and the weekend, I didn't want to end back in the hospital. I live alone and was lucky that when I had the seizure I was not alone. HER STAFF FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I COULD HAVE DIED IF… I WERE ALONE. After I was finally assured at 4:55 pm on 1/31/2014 that the prescription was called to my pharmacy, I called my pharmacy and was told that they cancelled the prescription???? Today I received a letter from Dr. McPhee's office stating that they would no longer see me as a patient. I just saw Dr. McPhee this week and nothing was mentioned about that. Dr. McPhee is a wonderful doctor who is filled with compassion....too bad some of the office staff haven't learned anything from working with such an exceptional doctor.

Dr. McPhee is awesome! I can go in and give a brief description of my symptoms and she immediately knows what's wrong with me. Prescribe me the right medication and I am good to go. Very professional, kind and generous, and I hope she stick around as long as I am around.

I know several people who are patients of Dr. McPhee and they have not had a lot of issues. However within the last few months I have had issues in getting test results in a timely manner, showing up for bloodwork at the lab and having them not follow her instructions and do the tests she ordered. I changed insurance carriers, provided info, they took copy of card and failed to properly change it in the computer on 2 occasions-billed old insurance for costs even thought they admitted that had new info on file. Sometimes Dr. McPhee is not clear about when she wants fu appts and nurses are slow to return calls.She has a good bedside manner, seems really concerned about your health but the office staff is not serving her well and makes going to her difficult. I have seriously considered leaving the practice due to so many errors. Taking blood and reporting test results, changing insurance info, returning calls - these are routine tasks that every doctor's office should be adept at.

I will not be going back to see dr.phee. I went to see her for a female problem and I don't think she took me seriously. She sorta laughed at my problem. She made me feel embarrassed. I felt as if she thought the only problem was in my head, not physically.

Dr. McPhee is great! She has consistently spent as much time as neccessary to find solutions for any problems I have. If she is unable to make a diagnosis, she quickly refers me - or in one case made the appointment for me - to a specialist. If I cannot get in to see her, her nurse practictioner Kara is great too. I feel very confident in trusting my health to these two ladies.

I have been going to Dr. McPhee for approx. 5 years. I sent my college age son and daughters. She is kind, listens and very proactive. Will always go to her!

I have been going to Dr. McPhee for over 8 years. I absolutely love her. She is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. I have run into her outside of the practice and she still asked me how I was doing. I am so thankful for her.

I have been going to Dr. McPhee for years, and I completely trust her. She is kind, professional, and has a complete knowledge of her profession. I am so happy to have found her!
