Since the 1990’s, I have had issues with knee cap damage. In August 2023, Dr. Oskouei performed a total knee replacement. Well not total because he decided my damaged knee cap didn’t need resurfacing, and I only found this out when I forced to get a second opinion due to the pain after surgery. Although I complained often of the pain in my knee cap during my post-opt appointments, and his office charged me for many X-Rays. They never once told me the pain was due to the knee cap not being resurfaced, or my knee cap was bone on metal. Just 8 months after having a total knee replacement, I am now scheduling another surgery to resurfaces my knee cap.

Dr. Oskouei and his team provided highly successful hip replacement surgery and post-op recovery treatment up to a year after surgery. And the one-year followup provided very satisfactory answers to all my questions after his x-ray and physical inspection of my hip and leg. Finally, Dr. Oskouei asked me to check-in after three years for another followup, unless needed earlier. I highly recommend this orthopaedic surgeon to all family and friends.

I cannot recommend Dr. Oskoei and his staff enough for the outstanding experience I had while at Emory Orthopedic. Everyone on his staff and the Emory staff was helpful, courteous and most importantly, smiling! Sitting in the small rooms, waiting on the doctor or nurse can increase anxiety but when I hear laughing in the hallways and see smiles on the staff as they come in ... I'm happy.

Dr. Oskouei was recommended to me by a respected local doctor. My referral was made on a Friday afternoon. I received a call from Emory Midtown to report to the hospital that day. Dr. Outsourcing performed a complicated knee replacement on my sister and this replacement has caused her pain from the beginning. Other problems have been discovered and we cannot believe this surgeons lack of concern for her constant pain.
