The worst doctor I ever seen, we have really bad experiences with him and his team office in scheduling and treatment.

Terrible experience, they gave me appointment on 10-28-2024 at 10 am, and they told me to go to the south entrance then took the elevator then go to the third floor, so when my appointment day came, I called to confirm the address and they told me my appointment is canceled, I asked why she said I don’t know, then she kept me on hold for 10 minutes waiting then the line get disconnected , after that I called back again and they told me we contacted you on Saturday but you didn’t confirm the appointment, I told her Saturday is a weekend, then I told her I am coming over anyway, so i arrived to the clinic and asked the front desk why my appointment is cancelled, she responded that the doctor do not treating your case , then I asked why you didn’t reject the referral 10 days ago from the beginning , she said i don’t know talk with scheduling department, the people who work in yen clinic are careless don’t care about patients, terrible treatment unprofessional and doctor yen is the worst… doctor, I never saw a doctor treating the patients that way, this was the first visit to Yen clinic and thanks God i didn’t see him , and I do not want to see him at all. I requested a day off from my job and canceled all the work to go see him. He shouldn’t be a doctor he should go and work at the Car wash. 1 star it’s to much for yen .

Having come from a family of doctors, I am somewhat particular whenever I have to see a new physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Yen. He has an impeccable bedside manner. He listens very carefully to his patients, the staff loves him (telltale sign of a good doctor) and he seems to genuinely care about his patients. Originally, I visited a different doctor at a different clinic for my condition. I never felt like they were the least bit responsive to my needs. They seemed to want to treat my symptoms without trying to help me get off of the medications that they had prescribed. Dr. Yen has me down to one medication that I only have to take once a day, and I am in the process of trying to completely eliminate all medications. He wants to see his patients get well. I have never felt better. I owe him my gratitude.
