Dr. Canady is amazing! She gets to know her patients in order to provide the proper care. Dr. Canady is the BEST primary physician I’ve ever had.

I have been trying to get blood pressure refills for a week now.. I have used the patient portal and I have called so many times I cant count. I have also went by to get help. No one will call me back and the nurse I spoke to when I stopped by the office said I see your request and I will put it top priority, that was theee days ago. I am so frustrated with them!

Agree with others - hides behind staff - not true to her word. Tells you to call and ask for her if there is a problem, then refuses to see you or take your call. Medication misdiagnosed (I think they were looking at another chart). If I hadn't caught it I could have had a stroke. Was so sick and called for follow-up visit and was told to go to minute clinic. Uh.... NO!!!!

Dr. Canady has been my doctor for about 9 years now and it's been a true delight being her patient.

this doctor only cares about getting paid, there is no patient doctor relationship, she hides behind her staff, truly not a woman of her word. I will not recommend this doctor to no one, I already told the ones I did how bad I was treated and suggested they find a new doctor.

Dr. Canady Is Very Personable. She Is So In Tuned With Her Patients And Makes Certain That She Provides The Best Quality Care! I Love Her And Would Not Trade Her At All.

The office staff isn't very friendly but Dr. Canady has a wonderful bedside manner and puts you right at ease.

She is an awesome doctor! I absolutely love her. BUT it is impossible to see her. I have been trying to get an appointment for months. Nothing is ever available. They hardly answer the phone. You can't schedule appointments. It's crazy. I've been sick twice and could not get in to see her. I'm in the process of finding someone else.

Getting an appt. was not easy. I am still waiting to see the dr. for a follow-up appt. and yearly exam ( 2015 is appt. date). My 1st and only appt previously told me that they would schedule an appt. w/the specialist within one week--after two weeks, no appt made. I repeatedly phoned Canady's office to remind them and to let me know when- so that I could arrange time off from work. Its been 11/2 years, and no one has told me anything. I am not a complainer, but the ratings must be for something that is not critical--I spoke to another patient who had the same experience, They said they were in the process of changing. Now, I am as well. I now believe patient care is about running you in like cattle and processing payments. Where has our genuine patient care gone?!!!!!!
