Lovely lady who is so stretched that she can't properly treat patients. Long waits if up to 3 hours to see her IF you get appointment. One appointment per year is as much as I could schedule. In a medical crisis, treatment was on the phone. Her office sent me to ER more than once because I couldn't see her it an associate. Access is terrible Find another doctor

I was her patient for 10 years. She was never able to figure out one of my problems. Getting an appt with her is a joke. She would say come back in three months and her scheduler would laugh and say first appt is 9 months. She was always running way behind but that is because she spends a lot of time with you and her office would schedule appts every 15 minutes. I would go back to her if did not work at OSU

She is very motherly and makes you feel like she is taking care of you but the wait time in her office is horrendous. Every visit I would literally wait 2-3 hours beyond my appointment time before I would see her. Not that I blame her but OSU overbooks like mad.

Doctor is excellent, but her staff isn't friendly and come off as very rude. Took me an hour and half just to get into the room.

My experience has been excellent. Great bedside manner. She is professional yet kind and courteous,takes time to discuss what to expect during procedure and follows up with information on treatment and or medication.
