Dr. Shih Yin Anna Kao, MD

Every time I go in to see Dr kao she tells me one thing and does another yet she never calls me to tell me she changed her mind. I have to stay on top of it, she was fired as my doctor! Terrible DR , love her staff, just not her. I don’t think she knows what she’s doing from the moment she saw my eyes twitching, like it was something from out of this world. She definitely lacks knowledge and professionalism. She tells me she’s going to do surgery and doesn’t tell me she changed her mind, then she tells me she’s going to give me steroids and keeps me waiting days till I call and find out she changed her mind again. It’s dangerous for my eyes to cross the way they do and she’s clueless and she’s supposed to be a professional. She has me come in for check up just to get an easy pay check cuz she never does anything to help me. Wasting my time when I could’ve found a better doctor. I waited months thinking she’s going to doctor me up to find out that she never intended to do anything.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kao for several years and I also have under gone several surgeries. Dr.Kao, is the most caring physician I have ever had. Dr. Kao does not treat you like you are on an assembly line. All questions asked, are explained in detail so you can understand any problem with your eyes. I wish I could have her attend to all of my ailments! My husband says, "ditto"!

I was legally blind and she did cataract surgery on both my eyes. S She was outstanding and now I can see the same as when I was a kid! Love her!

She looks after my mom as a total person and answers all my questions to help her??
