I am so glad I decided to seek treatment with Dr. Reddy. I’m very please with the treatment I’ve received. I look forward to my visits with her. She has great communication with me, which is something I haven’t had with doctors in the past. Her and her staff respond quickly to messages through MyChart. Overall my experience has been great.

She is not my regular doctor but due to appointment availability I used her instead of my regular family practitioner. I went in for a routine checkup following blood work. That went well. I had been informed by a friend that Tadalafil is being used in low dosage to help prevent Alzheimer’s. It has been prescribed for this purpose by the doctor I normally use. Dr Reddy acknowledged knowing of this use of Tadalafil, but tried to send me to a urologist to have it prescribed. I also asked about another matter I think was insignificant and she tried to send me to another doctor. This means getting all of my concerns addressed would have required me to see her and two specialist. That is totally ridiculous and would have cost me additional fees for services, that would be great for Ochsner’s bank account but not mine. I expect my family physician to try to save me money and not create extra revenue for Ochsner. My advice is to avoid Dr Reddy unless you have lots of time and money to see… specialists for health issues your family practitioner should be taking care of.

Dr. Reddy is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. She listens to what I have to say. Always on time I have relocated to the Mandeville area,, I drive to Baton Rouge to continue to have Dr. Reddy as my Physician. And will continue to do so.

dr.shilpa reddy is one of a kind.. she is very intelligent and is able to answer any questions that I ask her. I like dr. reddy and I'm glad she is my pcp. she is very kind.
